I began with a list of ideas to cover, obviously music was the first and I also wanted to include websites and writing to remind myself to ‘get on with it!’ I have a close friend who is an artist so that gave me another verse, and performers of stage and screen were an obvious option. I love so many of his enlightening quotes and this one was an easy choice to use for a poem. From his humble beginnings to becoming the world-renowned author and spiritual teacher, he was, and still is, a source of abundant love, wisdom and inspiration. His loving presence is now so much closer to us all.
